Volunteers are needed to stock and distribute groceries to clients in need.  There are also opportunities to pray with the recipients.  In additon, there is a need for donations of non-perishable food items, dry goods, toiletries, school supplies and infant care items.

Homeless individuals can receive services through the HOPE,  (Homeless Outreach for People Empowerment) Project.

The HOPE Project Mobile Health Clinic, a partnership with Abode Services and Tri-City Health Center, provides health and social services to people in southern and eastern Alameda County experiencing homelessness.

The Tri-Valley Haven provides a mobile food pantry service to seniors in Livermore. Recipients must be pre-registered to receive a bag of groceries. Proof of residency must also be provided. The bag of groceries consists of canned and bagged staples.

Healthy, home delivered meals are available for seniors (60 years and older) who are unable to prepare their own food, and have difficulty with mobility.  Fresh, nutritious meals are distributed during the week, and chilled or frozen meals can be pre-ordered for weekend and holidays.

Funded in part by the Alameda County Area Agency on Aging.  Special diets available on request (including low sodium, low fat, low cholesterol, renal, carbohydrate control, soft, mechanical soft and vegetarian).  Rice or tortilla substitution for bread.
