The Pocket Guides were developed by the cities of Livermore and Pleasanton and updated by the city of Dublin as a handy resource to connect residents to Human Services, not only in the Tri-Valley, but in Alameda County as well. This Pocket Guide is given to Police Officers who may encounter residents during the course of their activities; school counselors,service providers and available at public counters in the three cities.

This program which strives to provide a readily affordable facility where the autistic can be cared for and their gifts nurtured is looking for volunteers to work with youths (ages 8-24).  As school begins in the fall, the hours will be 2:30-6:00 pm.  You can find the volunteer form at www.castcal.org.

This non-profit provides services for Tri-Valley youth ages 5-22 with developmental disabilities.    The Easter Seals Kaleidoscope Program helps young residents of Dublin, Pleasanton, Livermore, San Ramon, Danville and Castro Valley obtain independent living, pre-vocational, and social skills as well as a place to discover and build lifelong friendships.

Families depend on Kaleidoscope to provide a safe, stable and nurturing environment for their child after-school during the school year and throughout the summer months.
