The Pleasanton American Legion Post 237, will host a local contest.  The contest is open to ALL High School Student's grades 9 thru 12: Public, Home Schooled, Private, Parochial and Military.  Eligible participants must be citizens of, or lawful permanent resident of the United States and must be a resident of the State of California.

The contest is two parts: and eight to ten minute oration (speech without notes) on any aspect of the Constitution of the United States AND a three to five minute discourse on one of a possible four assigned topics.

CRP has drop-in hours Monday –Friday from 8am to 5pm.  Drop-in hours means that an adult client (an adult in crisis with no insurance or Medi-Cal) who is in a real or perceived crisis can go into any of the County run CRP clinics (see list below) and receive on-demand support from our CRP staff.

You can meet someone’s need by donating a bicycle you or a family member no longer uses to the Del Valle High School Bicycle Repair Class! Students earn credit while repairing and tuning up the donated bicycles.  Then the bikes are available for donation to those in need in the Tri-Valley.
