Dublin Unified School District Youth Council

Community Youth Courts, a diversion program to middle and high school teens who are first time offenders of misdemeanor or lesser crimes are entirely voluntary and address the early stages of juvenile delinquency by bringing teenage offenders before a jury of their peers.  Youth volunteer positions are: court clerk, advocate, jury member, and Spanish-English translator. (This is a great way to fulfill school Community Service requirements!)  Adult positions include: advocate mentor, court attendant, jury mentor, Spanish-English translator, and case manager.
